If you would like to take 'timeout' to review the day, or sit and read, you may like to walk in the school grounds or walk the school's outdoor Labyrinth which is situated in front of and to the right-hand side of the Main Entrance.
THEME OF THIS WORKSHOP
A Pathway into Stillness with the prayer: I recommit myself to this present moment with God.
I allow my body to become still, releasing all its tension.
I listen to the sounds around me and become aware of the stillness that encompasses everything. In the silence I open my heart to God'.
