After attending a short course at the London Spirituality Centre, several years ago, Annie developed a keen interest in the Labyrinth as a way to facilitate walking prayer, contemplation, raising spiritual awareness and increasing our Christ connection. Since then she has walked many Labyrinths herself, worked with their spiritual possibilities and now facilitates workshops for the Llandaff Diocese Spirituality Group.
